Register for regular updates

ADMA sends regular email updates about upcoming ADMA events and items that ADMA thinks are important to disseminate to the wider community. If you would like to receive these updates, you need to register your details.

Note: If you have already registered to submit files to the Clearinghouse, the same email address will be used to send you regular email updates.

 

Register for regular updates by:

1. Ensuring you are not already logged into the ADMA website (e.g. as an conference delegate).

2. Clicking on (top right corner of the webpage).
    The User Registration page displays.

3. Completing all fields on the page.

4. Clicking on .
    A confirmation email will be sent to the email address that you supplied.

5. Clicking on the activation link in the email to confirm your details.

Register for ADMA membership

ADMA members have access to benefits, including the monthly newsletter, the DM review and discounts for the annual ADMA conference.

 

Register to be an ADMA member by:

1. Printing the ADMA membership registration form.

2. Completing the fields on the form.

3. Scanning the completed form.

 About the 4 types of ADMA accounts

There are four types of log in accounts for the ADMA website.

Account type What you can do Where to get the username and password
Recent conference View presentations provided by invited and abstract speakers from the conference. ADMA emails conference delegates the log in details once presentations have been uploaded to the website.
Recent seminar(s) View presentations provided by speakers from the seminar. ADMA emails seminar attendees the log in details once presentations have been uploaded to the website.
ADMA member Access the ADMA members' area for the monthly ADMA newsletter, DM Review and other member benefits. ADMA emails the log in details to members when they register for ADMA membership.
Clearinghouse Submit files to the Clearinghouse. You have to create your own account by registering your details.

Log in to an ADMA account

No matter where you are in the ADMA website, the log in fields display in the top right corner of the website.

 

Log in to an ADMA account by:

1. In the User Name field, typing the user name for the particular log in account you wish to access.

2. In the field next to the User Name field, typing the password for the log in account.

3. Clicking on .
    You are logged in and your user name displays in the top right corner of the website.

 Notes:

      • User names and passwords are case-sensitive, so if your log in attempt is unsuccessful, try again, ensuring you type capital letters where required.
      • You can only log in to one account at a time. For example, if you are looking at the current conference presentations then want to look at the member newsletter, you would need to log out of the conference log in account then log in as an ADMA member.

Log out of an ADMA account

You can only access one passworded area at a time.

For example, if you are logged in as an ADMA member and you want to look at a presentation from the current conference, you must first log out of the ADMA member account then log in as a conference delegate.

 

Log out of an ADMA account by:

1. Clicking on  (top right of the webpage).

2. Logging into the account you want to access using the following table:

To… Use the log in details…
View presentations from the recent conference    Emailed to all conference delegates when the presentations were uploaded.    
View presentations from a recent seminar Emailed to all seminar attendees when the presentations were uploaded.
Access the ADMA members' area Emailed when you registered as an ADMA member.
Submit files to the Clearinghouse You created by registering your details.

Register for a Clearinghouse account

You need to have a Clearinghouse account before you can submit files to the Clearinghouse.

Notes:

  • If you have a Clearinghouse account for the old ADMA website, you will need to register a new account for the new ADMA website. You can register a new account using the same user name and password that you used for the old ADMA website.
  • If you have already signed up for regular email updates, you do not need to register to submit files to the Clearinghouse - just use the user name and password that you registered to receive email updates.

 

Register for a Clearinghouse account by:

1. Ensuring you are not already logged into the ADMA website (e.g. as an conference delegate).

2. Clicking on (top right corner of the webpage).
    The User Registration page displays.

3. Completing all fields on the page.

4. Clicking on .
    A confirmation email will be sent to the email address that you supplied. 

5. Clicking on the activation link in the email to confirm your details.

6. Logging in using your registration user name and password to submit files to the Clearinghouse.

Submit a file to the Clearinghouse

You need to have a Clearinghouse account before you can submit files to the Clearinghouse.

If you have a Clearinghouse account for the old ADMA website, you will need to register a new Clearinghouse account for the new ADMA website. You can register a new account using the same user name and password that you used for the old ADMA website.

 

Submit a file to the Clearinghouse by:

1. Logging in using your Clearinghouse log in details.

2. Going to the Clearinghouse.

3. Clicking on .

4. Completing the fields displayed on the screen.
    Note: Files must be in pdf format.

Submit a question to the chat forum (members only)

 The chat forum is conducted via group email to ADMA members. If you would like to submit a question for discussion in the chat forum, send your question to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
